Student Mobility - Application Process

For admission, the application materials required by the host institution should be sent directly to the institution in advance of the deadline. For the ACUCA travel subsidy, an ACUCA nomination form 2009_nomination_form.doc should be sent to the ACUCA Secretariat when the institutional application form is submitted. Upon acceptance, the applying institution should send the ACUCA travel subsidy form subsidy_request_form_2010.doc , a copy of the acceptance letter, and a copy of the flight tickets to the Secretariat by the following dates:
Semester Travel subsidy deadline 1st half September 30 (previous year of the planned time of study) 2nd half February 28 (the same year of the planned time of study)
The following students from an SMS participating institution will be eligible to be nominated for the SMS:
- Students who are registered in a full-time degree program at your institution;
- Students who have attained a cumulate Grade Point Average of not less than 2.50 on a scale of 4
- Students who have attained the required language competence level and who meet the entrance requirements of the institution to which admission is sought.
1. Before an ACUCA institution can be added to the ACUCA SMS database, the following form must be completed and sent to the secretariat.* REPLY_PROFORMA_2009.doc
2. Each institution should themselves apply directly to ACUCA SMS participating institutions and maintain communication with them to enable successful assignment of applying students between the respective exchanging institutions.
