The Executive Committee, which began its activities with the current members in January 2024, has been holding meetings online and continuing its work. As everyone knows, the internet is incredibly convenient. However, this year, the Secretariat decided to hold one meeting in person. This was to foster better understanding among members, unite as an Executive Committee, and improve future work.

Payap University, a Board member, graciously hosted the gathering. At the end of August, members assembled in Chiang Mai, Thailand, for two days. This in-person meeting allowed for handshakes and face-to-face interactions, enabling members to share expressions and enthusiasm while engaging in various discussions.

Particularly, diverse opinions were exchanged with representatives from different countries during the initial planning stages of the 2025 Student Camp and the Management Conference and General Assembly. Each word of the themes for these events was meticulously deliberated and constructed. This collaboration was crucial for the preparation and will lead to the success of these upcoming events.
